Boil the Real Egg Noodles in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes, drain under cold running water. Add 1 tbsp oil to noodles, mix and set aside. In a pan heat oil. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes. Add all the vegetables except spring onion and fry for a minute. Add salt, soy sauce, spring onion and noodles and fry for 1 minute, Remove and serve hot.
